Our Services
Type of cases we specialize in
Discrimination
I represent workers whose employers have discriminated against them because of their race, color, religion, sex, pregnancy or related conditions (including breastfeeding), sexual orientation, gender identity, age, disability, or genetic information.
Harassment
I represent workers who have been sexually harassed, or harassed because of their race, color, religion, sex, pregnancy or related conditions (including breastfeeding), sexual orientation, gender identity, age, disability, or genetic information.
Retaliation
I represent workers who have been treated less favorably by their employer (including being fired) for an unlawful reason. Examples include retaliating against an employee because they spoke out about discrimination, harassment, wage violations, or unsafe or illegal activities, or because they requested a reasonable accommodation for their disability.
Denial of Leave or Benefits
I represent workers whose employers have interfered with or denied their right to take protected leave, or retaliated against them for taking leave. This includes FMLA leave, leave for military service or training, and parental leave.
Speaking Freely
I represent public employees whose employers have unlawfully retaliated against them for exercising their First Amendment rights. I also represent employees in the private sector whose employers have tried to unlawfully silence them by trying to enforce overly broad non-disparagement agreements or through meritless defamation suits.
Sexual Assault Survivors
I represent survivors of sexual assault, rape, and abuse, even if the case does not involve abuse in the workplace.
Stop feeling intimidated by the legal system.
I am here for you. It is my job to make sure that you understand your options, move forward with your best interests in mind, and come to a successful resolution. You don’t need to do this alone. You deserve to have someone in your corner who can navigate this with you.
